Courses of Citizen Evolution

From the Summer of 2019 to the Spring of 2020, we have experienced a lot...

How can we digest and transform these experiences so that we can evolve?

These questions are always on our mind.

From Trauma to Transformation Project has been started for half a year. Not only do we talk about trauma, but also bring out the injured can also be social transformers. From protests to fighting against the virus, we have witnessed Hong Kong has evolved to 2.0. No longer relying on the elite, no longer cynical, Hong Kong people start to make changes by themselves. The change is like the spread of infectious diseases (well, this analogy is a bit sensitive), and history is being rewritten.

Yet, how can we continue with the changes and build collective resilience? How to thoroughly transform and truly communicate and collaborate with each other? It's not easy. Therefore, in the next stage, we will launch 5 courses of “Citizen Evolution” based on past experience:

*** Courses need to be charged for on-going operation;

However, considering interested parties might not be able to enroll due to financial difficulties, secondary school students and undergraduates are exempted from charges. Each session is $200 for adults, and $300 for those who are financially capable. It aims to complement and help each other, jumping out of the current Consumerist thinking in Hong Kong.

1. Emotional Transformation:

How to face Anger, Fear, Gulit, Sadness...

Before transformation, feelings should be digested properly. We should face feelings provoked by protests and COVID-19 one by one: Anger, Fear, Gulit, Sadness, etc. In this way, we can turn emotions into creativity and strength. The course suits people who are distressed by emotions.
